SPRING
Awakening the Body: Awakening the Soul
The first warm rain of spring whispers a familiar message: it’s time to wake up. Tiny leaves push through the earth, reaching for the sun, just as we shake off the quiet stillness of winter and step into something new. The world is coming alive again, and so can we.
This season is an invitation, to move, to breathe, to feel the sun on our skin. It’s the perfect time to start fresh, whether that means lacing up your running shoes, taking your bike out on the road, or simply walking under the blooming trees. Movement isn’t just about fitness; it’s about connection, to ourselves, to nature, to the rhythm of life.
Every year, nature follows the same cycle: rest, renewal, growth, and transformation. We can do the same. Spring is our reminder to care for ourselves, to plant seeds of new habits, to nurture the mind and body with movement and fresh air. Instead of rushing toward the next big goal, why not enjoy the process? A long ride with no destination, a run just for the feeling of it, a walk to breathe deeply and take in the world waking up around you.
This season is a reset. A chance to stretch, to move, to explore. The trail, the road, the path ahead, it’s all open. Step outside and begin again!
Sending Happy Birthday wishes, love, good health and abundance to my daughter Chiara!
