Sonoma County Restaurateur Nick Nicastro, created Healdsburg Bar and Grill back in 1998. Ten years later he turned it over to a management company to allow him the opportunity to create another company that provides infrastructure and support for events called SAGmonkey. Through his company, Nicastro owns Bespoke Mobile Kitchen, a catering outfit housed in a 20-foot commercial mobile kitchen trailer.

When the Napa and Sonoma County wild fires started in October 2017, he and his daughters, Chiara and Bianca, organized a GoFundMe campaign to raise $40,000 to help feed evacuees and first responders. The donations made it possible for his catering company to prepare meals from their mobile kitchen to feed First Responders, The Salvation Army, American Red Cross, California Fireman’s Association, Santa Rosa Catholic Charities, evacuees, displaced families and the homeless.
