Solar Eclipse

On August 21, 2017, beginning at 10:15 a.m. PDT, a total solar eclipse will swept across the United States. This glorious sight of the fully eclipsed Sun was visible along a 70-mile-wide path arching from Oregon to South Carolina. Millions of people traveled to the “path of totality” to watch as the moon entirely covered the face of the Sun.

We had the honor and privilege to provide professional support for the Exploratorium, along with their NASA partners, for the filming and live stream from Casper Wyoming. Bespoke Mobile Kitchen (powered by SAGmonkey) provided three meals a day, snacks and libations for the crew for a total of four days of support.

Embedded within the video, under the sun, is the view from the telescopes.

For me, the experience was beyond words. One of the best moments was hearing everyone cheering and seeing people jump around in excitement.
